Indian River County (Vero Beach) Voter Guide

General Election · Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026 · Early voting through Sat., Oct. 31 · Updated

This is a planning tool, not a ballot. Choosing here does not cast a vote. Review the races, choose for your cheat sheet, then print it and take it with you when you vote, or use it to fill in your mail ballot.

How we sourced this

Every factual claim in this guide (candidate backgrounds and positions, judges' rulings, what each amendment would do, dates, hours and locations) links to a public source you can check yourself: official sites such as the Supervisor of Elections and the Florida Division of Elections, court opinions, candidates' own websites, and news outlets. Click any small numbered citation, like [1], to see the source; the full list is under Where we found it. Anything we could not source is removed or marked unverified. Spotted an error? Send the claim and a source showing the correction through mainsaildata.com/contact, and we will review and update the guide.
Nonpartisan and informational only. This guide does not endorse any candidate, party, or ballot question. It was built from cited public sources as of the update date and may contain errors or omissions. Your ballot depends on where you live: always check your official sample ballot from the Indian River County Supervisor of Elections (look up your sample ballot, (772) 226-4700).

Which precincts have which local contests? (from the SOE's 37 sample-ballot styles)

Every precinct votes on: U.S. Senate, Congress District 9, Governor, Attorney General, CFO, Agriculture Commissioner, State House District 34, County Commission Districts 2 and 4 (countywide), six judicial retention questions, and Amendments 1–3. Precinct 13 has two ballot styles: “13” (includes Mosquito Control) and “13S” (no Mosquito Control). Your voter information card or the SOE lookup shows your precinct.

Races

Candidates appear in the order printed on the ballot. Every candidate has the same fields. “No public position found” means we could not find a citable statement or record; it is not a judgment.

Ballot questions

Topics in these races

Each column is a statement. Agrees means the candidate's cited statement or record agrees with it; Disagrees means it disagrees; Leans means partial or indirect agreement or disagreement; Mixed means the record points both ways. These describe the candidates' positions; they are not ratings. Click a column heading to sort, and tap Choose under a name to add that candidate to your cheat sheet.
