If you find a threat, do you stop it automatically?
For clients on MainSail Cyber and ITDR, absolutely. The moment a threat is confirmed, the infected computer or compromised account is isolated automatically and cleaned up, around the clock, with no waiting for business hours. During the free assessment those automatic actions are paused, so nothing changes in your systems without your OK, but we still get a deep look. If something is lurking, we’ll find it and call you right away.
How long does it take?
Typically a few days from when you give us access, and only a short call of your time. We schedule around your business.
