When I first purchased this computer from Best Buy it worked fine and was very fast. It started to slow down and I brought it back to Best Buy and they couldn’t care less about helping me. Now it’s really slow. Takes so long to do anything. What should I do? Can it be fixed or do I need to buy a new computer?
